Pictures of Answered Prayers
We asked you guys to pray for Sydney to take more from a bottle and guess what?! She took 7cc's this morning!!! That's over double what she took yesterday! Praise God! Thank you so much for praying!!
Praise the Lord for each new day with this precious miracle! Our miracle is now 27 years old and brings joy into our lives every day. Trust God for His will and know that He is in control and that He has a plan.
Much love and lots of prayers from Gary and Yvonne Jones,Kinston, NC
Yes I know how the sleeping is in CGH. I also know how it is to have a blood pressure problem after childbirth. My daughter was born 12/16/09 and it was a miracle we survived. I had HELLP syndrome and after 12 hours of labor an emergency C-section. She was only 4lb 6oz. God does still answer prayer and miracles do exist. Enjoy every minute with your new addition. I am. They are precious. Love and prayers-Gina and Kaili
On January 7, 2010, at 5:11am, Sydney Grace Fodrie was born to Joel, Lindsey and big brother Rafe, weighing 4lb 4oz and measuring 15 1/2 inches long. She had a chromosomal abnormality called Trisomy 18, or Edwards Syndrome. While she was not expected to live through childbirth, Sydney Grace defied the odds. She miraculously lived for twenty days, passing on January 27, 2010. Sydney Grace touched thousands of lives and it is our hope through this blog, she will continue to do so.
.......TO LIVE WITH THE CONSCIOUS KNOWLEDGE OF THE SHADOW OF UNCERTAINTY, WITH THE KNOWLEDGE THAT DISASTER OR TRAGEDY COULD STRIKE AT ANY TIME; TO BE AFRAID AND TO KNOW AND ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR FEAR, AND STILL TO LIVE CREATIVELY AND WITH UNSTINTING LOVE: THAT IS TO LIVE WITH GRACE. PETER HENRY ABRAHAMS
Praise God Sydney is doing better! We're all praying like crazy!
